Look out! Giant snowballs are raining down faster than you can say brrr! The only way to keep from getting buried in the avalanche is to connect the black spheres and open up the tunnel. And, the only way to connect the black spheres is to get rid of all the snowballs in the way. Watch out for the Avalanche…

Three game modes available:

• Classic: Destroy groups of three or more matching colors.  The larger the group destroyed, the greater the points.  Fill the avalanche meter and get a bonus.  Connect the black spheres to clear the level.

• Puzzle: Destroy the patterns of frozen balls to connect the black spheres.  This is the same as the Classic mode, only there are stationary, “frozen” balls that have to be destroyed to free the trapped balls (including the black spheres).

• Tactics: Destroying clusters of balls will generate new ones to use.  The larger the cluster destroyed, the more new balls.  Destroying large clusters will help clear the level sooner.  Fill the avalanche meter to clear the level.

The classic board game comes to life on the PC. Your host at Tudor Mansion, John Boddy, has come to an untimely end. You and your opponents must solve the crime. There are three questions you must answer: Who done it? Where? And with what weapon?

One card from each group (who, what, where) is selected randomly and placed in the envelope marked “Case File CONFIDENTIAL”.   The rest of the cards are dealt to the players.  You must determine by the process of elimination the who, what, and where by going to each room and making accusations.  Roll the dice and travel to each room.  In the room, make your accusation.  If a player has a card disproving your accusation, he must show you the card confidentially.  By the process of elimination, mark off the items, rooms, and characters in your notebook.  Pay close attention to the other players’ accusations and who shows them a card.  In addition to your accusations, this can be another way to eliminate the suspects, rooms, and weapons.  When you are confident that you have solved the crime, make you final accusation.

This is a great game.  It’s a fun, thoughtfull game.  Cool effects and sound bring it to life.

Enjoy beautiful underwater scenery and music in Big Kahuna 2 Chain Reaction. The game concept is simple - match three or more game pieces in a row horizontally or vertically to remove the pieces. As you remove pieces, more will fall in to place. Remove pieces on top of boxes to break the boxes. You must break all the boxes on a level before the time runs out in order to advance. In addition, you are “unlocking” fish as you progress through the game. These new fish can be played with on the “My Fish” screen accessed from the Main Menu or in-between levels. Matching five or more pieces in a row will produce bombs in varying intensity from firecracker to nuke which destroy pieces around them according to their intensity. Other special objects in the game include locks, metal boxes, a fish net, and the Skeleton Fish of Kamehameha.
Game modes include:

• Action - This mode of play is a timed mode, meaning that each level has a certain amount of time that is required to finish the level within.
• Relaxed Mode - This mode is just like the action mode except that it is not timed. Just relax, unwind and enjoy the scenery.
• Kahuna Quest - This mode helps you learn the fun game play dynamics and gives quick instructions on how to use the bombs to their fullest potential. Most importantly, playing the Kahuna Quest unlocks the 26 fish for play in the Other Adventures area (outlined below) and also unlocks the Tiki Challenge area. There are 100 levels in the Kahuna Quest.
• Tiki Challenge - These levels are fairly challenging, and require a decent set of Big Kahuna Reef skills to enjoy. They are marked by tricky boxes to break, challenging areas that make you think, and a certain mastery of bomb destruction skills on later levels. There are also 18 additional fish to discover and unlock in this area, and 35 levels to complete.
• Other Adventures - Over 600 included levels created by players from around the world. These sets are loaded with challenging styles, crazy art and unique game play twists.

Give this game a try. I highly recommend it. Big Kahuna 2 and Skip-Bo are my favorites so far among the featured games. The don’t require a lot of commitment and provide great visuals, sound and hours of entertainment.

It’s poker like I’ve never played before. The game moves fast - or it seemed fast to me. Maybe it has just been awhile since I last played. I lost the first several rounds that I played, but I get careless when I know the money isn’t real ;). You can import a picture of yourself for the game if you would like.
So here is the run-down: Play against 16 of the best poker players in the world. The game is No-Limit Texas Hold’Em. No limit means you can bet part or all of your chips at any time - called moving ‘all in’.
Here is how you play. After the antes and blinds, each player receives two cards face down called Hole Cards. This initiates the first round of betting. Next three community cards are dealt out in the center of the table. These are called The Flop and they initiate the second round of betting. Next the Turn Card or 4th Street card is revealed initiating the third round of betting. And then, the final card is revealed - the River Card or 5th Street Card followed by the fourth and final round of betting. Remember you can fold at anytime after the Hole Cards are dealt. The players remaining at this point combine the community cards with their face down (Hole Cards) to form the best possible poker hand of five.
The hands for lowest to highest: high card, pair, three of a kind, straight, flush, full house, four of a kind, straight flush, and the royal flush.
